1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MellowDays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
MellowDays is an AI-powered voice companion application designed to provide conversational companionship, daily reminders, and emergency contact features. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
- You may sign in using Apple ID or use the app without an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- MellowDays offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Companion and Companion+) and one-time call minute packs.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the app
- Use the app in ways that could harm, disable, or impair the service
- Misuse the SOS or emergency features
6. AI Companion Disclaimer
- MellowDays provides AI-generated conversational content for companionship purposes only.
- The AI companion does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
- In case of a real emergency, please contact your local emergency services directly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MellowDays are owned by MellowDays and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
MellowDays is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Your use of MellowDays is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
